Adding tags to Header in .rtf template

We are using EDD to create POs (P43500 with multiple PO numbers).  If the PO overflows, the header does not print on the subsequent pages.  To correct this, I was instructed by Oracle to add tags to the header in the .rtf, but the header information is just duplicating from PO to PO.  Is anyone else doing this with JDE World A9.3?
