How to create a ledger with calendar different than the ledger it rolls up into?

Hi,
We have a requirement to create a ledger that will roll up to another ledger and both ledger calendars are different

Please advice on what would be the best practice to set it up

Ex: We want to create India ledger (Caledar starts from Mar) which rolls up into US ledger (Calendar starts from Jan)
