JDE E1, Low Performance

We move operation from IBM AS-400/DB2 into Oracle Solaris  T5-2/Oracle Database.
Actually:
JDE E1 9.12
Tools Release , 9.x
Oracle Weblogic 10.3.5.0
Oracle Database 11g R2
Solaris 11

When 60 Users are reach, we start to have low perfomance on Web Client, in IBM we have 0.1seg. / in Oracle 2-3seg.

Weblogic installed in 2* T4-1, 64GBytes each one
JDE Apl 96Gbytes
and Oracle DB in T5-2, 144Gbytes
