File --> Export from all Java forms in all instances either produces the Java error shown below or a

I'm not sure if this is the correct community so please advise the correct community if necessary.  We are no longer able to use File-->Export functionality in any EBS java form.  When we execute the export, the process selects the records but then rather than offering the option to open or save, either a window with the following java errors is displayed or a blank form is displayed

We have deleted all versions of Java on a test machine and allow Oracle EBS to load java without resolving the issue.   The client recently updated the java on all desktops and the problem seem to start from that point on.   I will update this post with the current java versions on the desktop.  We wondered if there are server side changes that need to be made to suppor the desktop changes.  Is there a good set of instructions for such Java changes.   This is a critical issue for this client
