external Ship-tos

My requirement is to maintain end customer Ship to (deliver to) address.. 

This scenario is like drop ship. I'm taking order from other company and required to ship material to end customer directly.. Since there will be so many end customer I do not want to associate those many ship to sites with my primary customer. And should be able to purge these end customer ship to addresses when need arises..

Please advice how I can handle this requirement.
