UNABLE TO SELECT WIP ACCOUNTING CLASSES IN LOV FOR DEFAULT WIP ACCOUNTING CLASSES (Doc ID 1418923.1)

We are having the issue descibed in this note.   The solution says we are to delete some data to correct the issue.  Can anyone tell what it is that is being deleted?
