JDEOne E812 - How to define FREIGHT tax rate in Sales Order ?

Dear Support Community,
                Currently we are using JDEOne 8.12 , tools 8.97. Vertex O series using as Tax calculation engine. In some sales orders we need to charge tax on  FREIGHT( FREIGHT tax% = sales tax%.)
                Looking for solutions in Order entry level like if freightTaxFlag=Y then FRIGHT tax rate = sales tax rate and freightTaxFlag=N then FREIGHT tax rate = Default FREIGHT tax.
                Please advise me.
