1099 reporting: Setups & patches

 Hi Gurus,
We went live in January and will need to do 1099 reporting this year. I wanted to understand what needs to be setup in order to generate 1099 reports in Oracle (R12.1.3).  I was told there is a patch we need to apply every year but was not sure which one it is. Can some one help.
