Can anyone identify the table.column names for these fields from the Customer Standard form?

Our user has asked me to look into why some fields on the Customer Standard form are not being populated correctly from our API calls.

Can anyone tell me which table and columns store the following fields from the "Tax profile" page of the customer standard form?

-  Regime code

-  Tax registration status

-  Default Reporting Registration Number

Without access to the old "Examine" feature of 11g, I'm finding it very difficult to locate some of these data elements in the tables.  Don't we all miss "Examine"!
