Compatibility Setting

Hi, 

I'm using Hyperion version 11.1.2.2.3 with IE8. When i log in to hyperion it prompt out Message from Webpage : The current compatibility setting is not supported. Disable compatibility view before running this webpage.

Please advise any need to change on the IE setting?
