PM Scheduling based on lead time

Hi Gurus,

Request your suggestion / help for this requirement.

1. Customer wants the Genearte PM work orders program to consider the lead time also and create work order.

2. Currently they are using Maximo, Based on PM schedule (Monthly, 3 Monthly, Yealy), They have a lead time time setup. E.g. if the monthly PM schedule has lead time as 5 days and the work order planned start date is 01-Jan-2014 then system generates PM work order on 27-Dec-2013.

3. Is there a way to achieve this in Oracle? Also please explain the scheduling of Generate work orders program.
