applying R12.AD.C Patch 10117518 is failing at adfilpu.sql

Hi,


I am trying  to upgrade to R12.2, While applying "R12.AD.C Patch 10117518" the worker is failing with message 

"FAILED: file adfilpu.sql  on worker  4"

Here are few lines from worker log

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-06550: line 1, column 99:
PL/SQL: ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected DATE got NUMBER
ORA-06550: line 1, column 8:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at line 16
