Data Guard Parameters Details

 Hi All Experts, we are about configure Physical Standby Site for one of our critical Database .. and currently we are really concerned about the parameters that we are required to use. Now currently due to space constraint we set an alternative archive log destination previously. Currently below is the parameter setting for archive log destination

 *.log_archive_dest_1='location=/arch mandatory alternate=log_archive_dest_2'

*.log_archive_dest_2='location=/secondarchive/arch mandatory'

*.log_archive_dest_state_2='ALTERNATE'

*.log_archive_format='arch_%t_%s.arc'

Question 1 :Now for configuring data guard parameters for normally in documentation we use destination parameters like below
