Some record type in WebService v2.0 could not be found in FieldManagement

Hi all,
I notice that some record type in WebService v2.0 could not be found in FieldManagement.
For example, 'Territory' is a record type in Web Service v2.0, and I could get its WSDL file and request its functions 'QueryPage' and 'Update'.
But in FieldManagementService, I can get 56 record types except 'Territory'. So I can't get its fields information.
How could I get the fields information of record type like 'Territory' ?
