Difference between 8.1.* and 8.2.*

Hi Community,Could you please describe what is the difference between Siebel 8.1.* and 8.2.*
I know about the product lines which are available for 8.2 only, but if looking at it from e.g Loyalty line which is available on both Siebel versions.
Is it functional/technical differences?
