 Whenever I run an addm report one of the top issues is always: Tune the entry point PL/SQL "MDSYS.SDO_INDEX_METHOD_10I.ODCIINDEXSTART#1" of type "TYPE" and ID 67274. Refer to the PL/SQL documentation for addition information. I have no idea where to start with this issue, any guidance would be helpful. oracle version 11.2.0.3
