How to Pack Product

Hi;

Scenario: Production receive after passing through different process steps like Step1, step2, step3, step4. At last step4 product receive in Kgs as its primary UOM.

Now it is require to pack the product that received in Kgs in the form of Bags(43.5 Kg) or Pallets (4350 kgs). It is also require to use the same item code. Please advice how this can be achieved.
