Migration Planning application from version 11.1.2.600 (Windows 32 bit) to 11.1.2.3 (Windows 64bit)

 Is it possible to migrate Planning application from version 11.1.2.600 (Windows 32 bit) to 11.1.2.3 (Windows 64bit) using the Lifecycle Management utility in Hyperion Shared Services (HSS)?

    
 In the article 11.1.2.3 LCM Backward Compatibility (Doc ID 1559939.1)  said that for migration we should use a patch and the patch will release soon.
Could we migrate without the patch?


"11.1.2.3 LCM Backward Compatibility (Doc ID 1559939.1) 

Backward Compatible LCM - Enables applications from R11.1.1.3 and upwards to be upgraded to R11.1.2.3, this is not correct yet.
The version that is used to export artifacts for import to 11.1.2.3 needs a patch (PSU) to make sure we have cross release compatibility.
