Reports font config

Hello,
we have  to identical (I hope they are ident) Forms & Reports Installations.

Now we have the situation that the same report on both Instances shows different fonts. On one some fonts are printed bold and on the other not.
Can anyone help me to find the reason ?

I've already checked uifont.ali and screenprinter.ppd
