MRP-DRP without Sales Orders - How to reduce or consume Forecast

Hello group,

we are on Oracle 12.1.3, and user wants to implement Master Scheduling - MRP. However, the user does not user Order Management. It has no Sales Orders.

We can use forecast, but how do we consume the Forecast or reduce it.
