Oracle R12 Cutomer Form: Payment Details Tab Error

Hi,

When I attempt to access the Payment Details tab in the customer form at both the Account and Site level, I receive a generic error. Can you please help me understand why this error appears when i click on the tab. Thanks

Error Message:  "You have envounterd an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
