OLM - How to add Attachment field to Learning History - Individual Courses table

Hello,

In OLM, on the Learner History page, for the Individual Courses section, I would like to add the Attachments link to open the course certificate.

I have found that if I click the Personalize Individual Courses link, at the top of the next page is a Create Item button, and within there I can add an item of style Attachment Image.  I do not know what to add to any of the Property Values.  The ID and View Instance are mandatory.  What goes in those fields?  The only Level I can select is Function, which might be okay.

Am I on the right track, or am I way off?
