Reports not showing number

Hi, 
I have created several reports in which there are either no number or very few numbers that are displays. I have tried to created both data table and pivot table. However, the end result is the same. The correct data is displayed in the data model when we click on view data. Can someone please help us with this issue? I am attaching a screenshot of the report, XML from report, data from data model and data from TOAD query. Thanks.
