Log in issues with the Campus Mobile App on iOS Simulator devices

Invalid username/password. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator,

or

Log in server is not reachable

These are the two issues i am getting on the log in window in the iOS Simulator device.


Log in issues with the Campus Mobile App on Android Simulator device

When I hit the log in button on android simulator, I get the message as shown in the attachment : Android Log in1 & Android Log in2


Environment details:

PT 8.53.08, CS 9.0, CS bundle 30, EC bndl 9, Tax 13-D abd HR 9 bndl 23

MS SQL Server 2012
