Errors on AR Forms after upgrade

Hi all,
We are in a testing phase for the upgrade from 11i to R12 (Post-Upgrade phase on a testing instance) .
After the test upgrade, when logging to some forms in AR we are getting errors.
Some are listed below.

Receipts > FRM-47023: No such parameter named AR_DEBUG_FLAG exists in form ARXRWMAI
                  FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER.AR_DEBUG_FLAG
                  FRM-41092: No records in block APP_MAIN
Transactions > FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

Any help?
