Siebel server configuration

Hi,After the installation of the Siebel server installation and configuration in a windows server, we saw that the Siebel service did not start.
The ODBC connected fine and there were no apparent errors during the Siebel configuration or installation.

We re-installed again but still of no help.

The Event log says as below:
"The description for Event ID 1002 from source siebsrvr_SBA_82_wincrmdoc01 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
