Cannot Unmount OCFS2 Filesystem after Migrating OCR and Voting Disk to Other Filesystem

I have gone through the gyrations of moving my OCR and Voting Files from one OCFS2 filesystem (/crs) to a different OCFS2 filesystem (/dev_crs).  I used the steps below.  Everything that I know to check shows the files are registered in the correct location.  My problem is that when I attempt to unmount the /crs file system, I get the message that the device is busy.  Am I missing something?  Do I need to physically delete the files from the /crs filesystem before the umount command will work?
Steps Used:

OCR and Voting Disk Originally on /crs

/crs/ocr_dev
