Vertex and JDE E1 9.1 Sales Tax BSFN

Is there a BSFN within E1 tool set that can be used to return the correct Vertex Sales Tax Amount for a Pre-Invoicing Audit report?  We are upgrading and this is one of the issues we cannot seem to find an answer to.............
