View Projected Withholding Tax not working for View Only Responsibility

The View Projected Withholding Tax is working fine in the Invoice Entry Workbench, but when I try to use this functionality in the View Only responsibility it is not working. Can anybody please help? Am I missing any setup or is this intended functionality?
