OTL: Contingent Worker Timekeeper not finalizing approval for timecards

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post the questions.

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

The current workflows requires approvals from both the project manager and the contingent worker supervisor to approve the timecards. How can we correct the authorities for Contingent worker Timekeeper to have full approval for timecards so that there is no other workflow?

Where can I find the navigation to change this setting? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
