Activate GeoCode System "HRGEO"

Hello  All,

I joined a client who is using Vertex PTQ series 3.1. for payroll. with HRGEO not activated.

I found out they were having lots of issues with local taxes and advised them to activate HRGEO and run Geocode program which they are not willing to do.

Is there any risk in turning HRGEO on in one environment with affecting others. Any advise please?
