Patch 17439222 errors out

Hi everyone.
My customer has applied Projects Patch 17439222:R12.PJC.B  for Linux-x86 platform but it fails as per the file 'ojspc_error.log'.

I logged an internal Sev 1 SR 3-8089670137 with the Patching team, but it has not been picked up and the customer is desperate for progress.

My review of the patch log suggests the issue is with their custom code, but I need an expert to verify or suggest otherwise.
