Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Patch 17439222:R12.PJC.B fails

Hi everyone.
My customer has applied Projects Patch 17439222:R12.PJC.B for Linux-x86 platform but it fails as per the file 'ojspc_error.log'.

I logged an internal Sev 1 SR with the Patching team, but it has not been picked up and the customer is desperate for progress.

My review of the patch log suggests the issue is with their custom code, but I need an expert to verify or suggest otherwise.
