MS Project or P6 upload to Schedule Manager

We are experiencing numerous issues/bugs after uploading a schedule from MS Project to Schedule Manager.  Can anyone say whether there are fewer issues with P6 uploads.

Does anyone actually use the schedule manager for detailed projects?
