Change in one of Segment of Accounting flexfield

Hi
Client required to change in value of one segment of accounting flex field even if transaction is happening from last 2 years after go-live. eg.There are eight segments in Accounting flex field and client required to change in fifth segment like we have defined 000 code  for Miscellaneous  and 904 code for Deposit but now user required to change code 000 to Deposit .
