How to unfreeze a reversed jounal.

I uploaded a journal from Web ADI into the General Ledger in EBS R12. The uploaded journal has source spreadsheet which is not a frozen source in my set up.
I reversed the journal and the resulting reversed journal is frozen. I need to change its effective date. What do I do?
