Not able to define Time levels in demand management

 Hi,In Demand Management System Administrator > I am able to see "Time" dimension under MSD_DIMENSIONS look ups. But in Levels i am not seeing this Time dimension defined. Even if i try to define levels not finding Time dimension.
Please help in bringing Time dimension.
