Global Security Profiles

 Hi,

Is it possible to create Global Security Profiles using a combination of different types of security without having to use Custom Security?

Example 1: Combination of Organization Security and Payroll Security

                   Employees belonging to Organizations X,Y,Z OR Employees on Payroll P.

Example 2: Combination of Organization Security and Custom Security

                   Employees belonging to Organizations X,Y,Z OR Location L

Looks like Security Profile uses the criteria specified in various security tabs using an AND instead of OR.
