How to correct the COnversion rate

Item BI0052 in SDM has a conversion issue.  It is converting LTR to ML with too many zeros.  In the screenshot below qty of 678.6 LTR should convert to 678600 ML.  It is 67800000 which is an extra 3 zeros.  How to  correct this conversion.
