Why the Party Information (Receivables DFF) is available at Supplier level (Organization options)?

Hi,

We found that that if we go to the Supplier Setup / Organization options in the 'Basic Information' region a flexfield is available and displayed. We checked the name of the flexfield and is a 'Receivables' flexfield, 'Party Information' and we don't understand why this DFF is available at Supplier level.

Shouldn't this DFF be available at Customer level only?
