Actual cost for Labour not updating

hi,

Kindly need assistance in this please. I'm creating outside repair work order to allow me to create PR from work order and against that PO will be generated. No issues here i receive my PO, do inspection, create invoice for that PO. But minor problem appears when i view actual cost in my work order where labour cost is not updating. But it's appearing in estimated cost.

 Is this a patch? I'm current using R12.1.1.
