UK PAY: Error loading seed data for FF_FORMULAS_F

Hi

I've applied patches 17641842 (FIXES CREATION OF LINKS NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE) and 17395845 (YE13/14: REAL TIME INFORMATION CHANGES : CONSOLIDATED FIXES: NOV) and am processing the hrglobal as per the instructions in 17395845.  The process, though, has failed with:

Error loading seed data for FF_FORMULAS_F:  EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = 01/01/0001, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE = 31/12/4712, FORMULA_NAME = STUDENT_LOAN_REPAYMENT
, LEGISLATION_CODE = GB, FORMULA_TYPE_NAME = Oracle Payroll,  ORA-00001: unique constraint (HR.FF_FORMULAS_F_UK2) violated

I've seen and checked document 1126719.1 which appears to match the failure I'm having.  However, the patch suggested to correct the issue isn't an option as we're already passed the delta level and the file header version (120.1.12010000.6) is earlier than the one already installed ($Header: fffrmula.lct 120.1.12010000.8 2011/03/18 11:03:14 asnell ship $).
