R12 : Unable to run adpatch in non-interactive mode

Hi
I've installed patch 9239090 (ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.1.3 RELEASE UPDATE PACK) in several environments before.
But now I'd like to install it in non-interactive mode (interactive=no) to be able to run it from a script and/or at job.
When I add interactive=no it fails every time with following message:
"Cannot find value for the token MISSING_TRANSLATED_VERSION
The program could not get default values from the defaults file
you have specified. Please check that you have specified the correct
defaults file."

And if I remove interactive=no I only get propted for before the patch starts installing
