Regarding the Patch 12402852

Hi,

The README for patch 12402852 states that the patch should be installed in preinstall mode. This strikes me as somewhat unusual for an E-Business rollup patch for a product that isn't AD.

Can you please confirm whether these instructions are correct?  It seems odd that new versions of PLSQL packages would be provided to the filesystem but not updated in the database.
