Modify COGS generator to use the SOLD BY inventory org costs and not the SHIPPED FROM inventory org

 EBS R12.2: The client would like to setup separate "Sold By" and "Ship From" inventory organizations that can be within or from separate Operating Units. Their issue that they have is that upon the COGS generation in Order Managment to AR, they COGS price that is being generated is based on the Ship-From organization. What they would like to have is the Sales Revenue and COGS based on the Sales Organization, and some type of Variance account generated between the Selling and Ship-From organizations showing the difference (+/- amount) in both organizations material account.

Issues:

The COGS generator currently uses the Ship-From organization's cost for the COGS in the Selling Organizations sale (not desired)
