I want to make you aware of an issue that has been found with the HRMS 12.1 RUP6 patch and request that you apply patch 17641842 to prevent further occurrences of the issue.  As is our usual suggestion, please apply this patch to a test instance, validate the results, and then migrate to production.
Issue:  It is possible since RUP6 to create element links that are not mutually exclusive which can lead to Costing picking up multiple rows for an entry based on eligible links for Costing. The system should not allow creating such links either through forms or API.

The patch is provided to prevent further cases of this happening by restricting creation of  links which are not mutually exclusive.  For additional information, refer to
