SYS.GATHER_STATS_JOB

On my 10.2.0.4 and 11.1.0.7 instances when I attempt to view the procedure dbms_stats_gather_stats_job the status shows as Invalid and I am unable to see the source code.

When I look for invalid objects in DBA_OBJECTS the procedure is not listed.

How can I resolve this issue and how is the procedure running with this issue occuring ?
