Release 24 - JavaScript API - how to Hide a Button

Hello all,

We are trying to use the new Release 24 JavaScript API to hide a button on in a related items section of a contact detail page.  Does anyone have a sample of the code needed to hide a button?  Any help would be appreciated as we do not have that skill set in-house.
