PTO Component Planning

Moving the discussion from OM to Value Chain Planning as I am not getting enough feedback in that community 


Once the forecast explodes the PTO Model Bill and we make a change to the Bill Structure the changes are not being reflected in the plan. Is that the standard behavior?
