Unable to connet to ASM instance using spot light

 

Hi ,

I have 4 node rac database using 10g(10.2.0.3)running on windows 2003 R2 and ASM instance is running from DB HOME.

I am trying to configure Spotlight to connect to ASM instance to monitor disk I/O. Unfortunately getting following error.

ORA-12528: TNS:listener:all all appropriate instances are blocking new connections
